The ESP light is on and the car is sluggish. I had to jump start my car through leads as I had been away and it occurred after that
JA: How old is the battery? Have you checked the battery gauge on the dash?
Customer: New battery and it is a 2002 without the babattery guage
JA: What is the model of your '02 Audi?
Customer: 3L A4 convertible

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The ESP light may have come on just due to battery voltage but a lack of power wouldn't usually be associated with a jump start. When a battery is low modules will set undervoltage fault codes and it isn't uncommon to have warning lights after jumping.

Do you have a scan tool to see what codes are setting?
