Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many things that can cause a no crank condition. It could definitely be a key or immobilizer issue but it could also be a failed starter, ignition switch, blown fuse, wiring or connection issue, the problem may be transmission range sensor related or the engine controller may not be awake.

Are you seeing a security light flashing or staying on solid?
