Hi there thanksOk the code p1631 referees to the main Ecu power hold relay circuit lowThis is relay k13 in the bjb which you have already swapped so the relay can be ruled outNext check fuse 9 (20amp) in the bjb (for voltage at both sides (ignition on )
If there is voltage present
Remove the k13 relay and bridge pins 3&5 of where the relay would sit in the fuse box ports ) using a piece of wire
