Customer Question

Hi, I have a Suzuki Alto. My daughter sat in the car waiting for her sister with the lights on, and possibly the ignition too. Immobiliser light flashes. The engine turns but there's no spark or fuel.

Already tried replacing the distributor - no joy. I sent the ECU and Immobiliser unit with keys to be reset. That came back with no fault found.I also tried disconnecting the battery for 30 mins then reconnecting and switching the ignition on for 10 minutes. This was suggested by a motor mechanic but didn't work. Apparently it works on another vehicle.

Check and see if you have any blown fuses needing replaced to correct this here.If this is o.k. try locking and unlocking the doors with the key blade or remote to see if this corrects the fault. If this does not correct this issue here let me know so we can continue.

Hi Pete, thanks for your response. I had already checked the fuses and the car has been locked and unlocked numerous times.
