I have had recurring "Hand Brake faiulure", cured by removing negatice battery terminal and restting. Now I have "cannot apply hand brake" but the handbrake IS APPLIED and cannot move car. Any suggestions, could it be Battery ?

Yes it could very well be the battery. Low voltage on start up usually causes this so we should have the battery charged and tested. We will also need to have the parking brake module software updated to prevent this from occurring again. Let me know.
