Lexus is300 2002 no heat from cabin heater engine dosnt over heat or loose coolant I've back flushed cooling system I've changed thermostat I've checked mixer solenoids behind glove box all 3 seem to work I can see them moving when I take hoses off heater matrix not much coolant comes out but they seem hot when running

Hello, I'd be happy to help! First, is there any temperature difference at all between the driver and passenger side? Have you checked the actual temperature difference of the inlet and outlet hoses on the heater core? Heater cores on these are common and it sounds like thats your problem, just like to verify a few things first if possible.
