kHello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If one end raised to an abnormally high level then odds are you have a height sensor issue. Height sensors are used to monitor height and attitude so the module can raise and lower each end as necessary, an incorrect height sensor reading will cause the module to see the vehicle is higher or lower than it really is so it can cause unintended raising or lowering.

What will need to be done is use a scan tool to first see if any fault codes are setting, a scan tool can also be used to look at data including the height sensors to determine what is going on. If the rear sensor reading is abnormal then it's wiring can be tested and the sensor condemned.
