Meine Frage: Ist der Abrieb des Reifenprofils bei nasser

Customer Question

Meine Frage : Ist der Abrieb des Reifenprofils bei nasser Strasse geringer, als bei trockener Fahrbahn ?
Translation: My question: Is the wear of the tire tread in wet road less than with dry roads?

Wear typically comes from slipping- so the more you slip the tires, the more you wear them. If you have tires that are able to divert water away from the tread patch and get a good grip on the road surface they will wear less, but tires that slip you will not be able to push so hard in the corners anyway, so while they may wear the same, you are not getting the same use out of them. In general I would expect more wear on wet roads.
