Did you drain and replace the gas? Modern gas in the past couple years will start to go bad within weeks, and in a few months the fuel will be nearly impossible to use to run an engine unless you used a gas saver additive.

i put fresh fuel in it

Is it turning over normal, or does it seem fast? All of your oil will have drained down, so lifters have to pump up, rings needs a little oil to seat fully in the cylinder, etc. Have you pulled all the plugs to make sure they do not have carbon or varnish built up on the electrodes from sitting?

Its turning over normal and i have put new plugs in it

How much have you cranked it over? Are you smelling fuel out the tailpipe at all?
