Hi how are you, my 04 Jag xtype 2.0 petrol. Trying to start the car and all interior lights are flashing 3 times and the needles flicker rapidly of a few seconds and then nothing. It is not trying to turn over. It's not the battery

The symptoms definitely point to very low battery voltage making it to the vehicle. If the battery is actually good then you may have a cable or connection issue causing voltage drop.
