Hi Mike
I have e lt35 with a auh 158 engine, the top hose tube from front right of cyl head as you face van blew the blank plugs out they were u clipped in alah water temp sensor the alloy broke away above u clips. On further investigation I also have small amount of oil in coolant, no apparent cracks visible in head, I have removed oil cooler and pressure tested it's not leaking either. I wasn't driving van when it happened but I started engine briefly and it ran smooth any suggestions welcome, thanks jim

I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question

Unfortunately is going to be either a blown headgasket or a cracked head. 99% of all cracks in the head are not visible and can only be found by removing the head and pressure testing.
