Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If you have a vibration or shake that worsens or only happens on acceleration and lessens or goes away when you let off the throttle then you almost certainly have a worn inner CV joint. A throttle sensitive shake is almost invariably caused by a worn inner joint. Powertrain misalignment (usually due to motor mount issues) can contribute to the shake and to joint damage, but you will almost surely need to replace one or both CV shafts.
