Quick check ,pull the sensor plug on ECT this is on top of the engine Thermostat Coolant Outlet Housing with a bleed nipple and next to the nipple is a sensor pull this off with the engine running and the fan should start up ,if not then you will need to test the ventilator fan directly with a car battery this will confirm a good or bad fan .
Do this then get back to me .
