Hello and welcome to Justanswer!
U2504 and 2500 don't show to be valid codes for this vehicle.
P0700 sets in the engine controller when there are codes set in the trans controller,U0100 sets in a module when it can't communicate with the powertrain control module. This can be a number of things depending on where it's setting. If you have a 42RLE trans and this was found in the TCM then the PCM will need to be replaced, if it was set in another module then you have a wiring or possibly a front control module issue.
What module is the U0100 setting in?
