Ford Focus 1.6 Diesel: I have a ford focus 1.6 diesel registered

Customer Question

I have a ford focus 1.6 diesel registered in 2010.
If I apply a light acceleration while travelling at low revs I get a judder like a miss fire. Happens in any gear but usually below 1500 R.P.M.
This has been happening for some months now and I have had several tanks of diesel so don't think it is dirty fuel.
It is at the garage now and they say there are no fault codes so they are going to replace the fuel filter and test again. I am a bit concerned they don't know what is up and are just fishing all the while costing me money. Any ideas?
