rebult 289 all usualthings crank pistons etc but it will not tick over and on low ravs very lumpy and stalls only thing i have found is the front block of 4 plugs are running wesk and the back 4 are sutted up hope yoy have some idea thanks

Hello OK if you haven't already then I'd suggest doing a quick compression test across all cylinders they should all be within 10-15 psi of each other , if some are signifigently less then I'd move onto checking the cam timing as if this is along way out then you get a large mixture scatter
