hi here you are: SAJAA02N75JN29281, well unfortunately I cannot respond that question I was not present when they did it, but I hope that they followed the procedure with the right temperature and changing the gears during this action to fluid the oil in the whole transmission, do you think that is a oil level problem??. The kit was coming with 6 or 7 liters of oil and they didn't return anyone so I suppose (and I hope) that the transmission is full.

Ok with you experience If I go to the Jaguar dealer and we supposed that it need more fluid and TMC should be reprogrammed , how much more less I will pay? takes to much time??

Well is there is no way to avoid Jaguar dealer then I'll go there. The problem is that sometimes the take radical decisions like change the whole tranny without making any other effort on looking in deep the problem. I telling you this because I have heard several experiences in forums and with colleagues is not something personal, they had to pay thousands in change the tranny but really was just a solenoid defect or something like that. But I have to arrive telling them the whole history. I was planning to go again with the mechanic that did the job to complain that the gearbox is failing, witch is your professional advise? Claim the guaranty of the handjob with the mechanic (without price) or forget him and go directly with Jaguar dealer to fix the problem ($$$)?

Ok I will follow this steps and then I really hope that with a refill and reprogram of TMC this problem totally finish.
