Hi and welcome to just answer.

This is a common enough problem and am surprised the dealer cannot locate the fault.

what you have is a broken wire within the door wiring harness.

It is normally an earth that breaks that is why you have lost other circuits.

the door panel will have to be removed and the complete wiring harness removed for a bench test.

If you need more help on this then please reply.

regards rob

there was no proble, with the wiring. it was the computer that controls the central lock / electric windows / mirrors
