The windscreen washer pump on my 56 plate Zafira no longer

Customer Question

The windscreen washer pump on my 56 plate Zafira no longer works. I have had a look and established that the pump is fine but that there is no voltage at the pump connector. Everything else is working so I assume the fuse is OK. Is there anything else I can check to isolate the fault or do I need to take it to a dealer?

Welcome to Just Answer,This is very common at this time of year when the wash fluid freezes it overloads and blows the fuse, it is either No. 7 or 8 (depending on model) 10amp in the under bonnet fuse box, don't forget to add some anti freeze wash fluid to stop this happening again.

I hope this helps, best regards, Vauxdoc.
