the sound is not comming from the front grill as you mentioned
there can be number of things.
do you notice any wobble in the steering and any speeds?

yes, according to you the gear box is fine the exhaust is fine there is no vibration between 40 mph to 50 mph. i can only suggest that you have the bearings, bushes suspension & wheels checked.
