Some of the Octavia's ou can program manuall which is as followes...
1, Switch ignition ON (use key not fitted with remote)
2, Insert key to be programmed into dirers door lock
3, Manually lock drivers door using key
4, Wait at least 1 second
5, Press same key lock/unlock button once
6, Vehicle horn sounds to indicate correct programming
This may take a few attempts but if it does not work after two or three then unfortunatly you will need to go to a garage with the correct programming equiptment
