I have got a 2007 Honda Accord 2.0 Petrol Tourer.
The battery recently went dead due to a light being left on.
When the car was restarted using jump leads a PTG fault appears and the rear tailgate does not operate at all.
It has the power tailgate. This cannot be opened either from the Keyfob, internal button or latch on door.
I have to use the manual release on the inside boot of the boot lid by climbing in through from the back.
Any ideas what causes this and how to fix.
Already checked fuses.
I need an answer by 3:00pm GMT today 10/7/09 or I'll have to go to the dealer to sort the problem out so sorry but no accept of answer after this time.
