Verifiedsounds like you need to get the keys resynchronised to the vehicle. try pressing and holding internal central lock button for approx seven secs or till vehicle locks and unlocks once this happens press the key fob/s 3-5 times quick succession this may resync them if not take to nearest renault dealer half hours labour max should be charged for this job.
