Poor cleaning is often the result of detergent not being dispensed, water not being heated during wash cycle or water not draining fully. Start by checking all water drained at the end of the program if its not inspect the drain filter below the spray arm to check thats ok and drain hose not kinked if water drained, then open the washer mid cycle and check water is hot if not a new heater is needed and if that is ok at the end of the program the detergent draw has opened and if not a new actuator requiredWith the appliance still being under warranty once you confident water is draining you can rule out installation issue and book a service visit by calling03445611611

Where the upper arm doesn't appear blocked by debris and when the upper basket fully inserted the spray arm fits firmly on the connection at the back then it suggests a new circulation pump is needed.
