The drain hole which collects condensate generated from the defrost element running is located behind the rear interior of the freezer.
In most cases a manual defrost of the freezer over 6 hours will solve the issue, have you tried that?
I have the AEG 75578KG1 showing as a side by side fridge freezer, if you are referring to the just the fridge pooling water then again defrosting the appliance should work as frost does build up behind the rear wall (even in the fridge) otherwise stripping away the rear interior panel of the fridge would let you access the drainage channel
