Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your washer. Lets see if i can help you on this.
If its taking 2 trys to drain the water out of the washer then it sounds like it may be a blockage in there so the water may be draining out too slow so hence the 2 goes to drain the water out.
As you say the filter is clear then the next thing to check is the waste hose and were it drains to.
If it goes under a sink then remove the house from the spigot it pushes onto and check to see if its blocked under there.
Once thats clear then retry the washer and see how it goes from there.
But if thats clear then it may be blocked in the sump hose, This is the hose that goes from the drum to the pump so to access this you need to got through the bottom of the washer.
But check the waste hose first if you can and see how it goes from there.
