Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your dishwasher. Lets see if i can help you on this.
What you need to do is open the door and look at the top basket and look at the spray arm there.
When you push the top basket back the spary arm pushes into the support tube at the back.
Check this and see if the arm is going into this. As the plastic can warrp so it doesnt line up so the water cannot get to the spray arm if its not pushed in there.
But if thats fine and the spary arm itself is fine then it may be down to a weak was motor not able to push the water up and through the spray arm with force.
But check the brackets at the back and see if the top basket and arm is lining up and going into it.
