Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your microwave. Lets see if i can help you on this.
If the magnerton and door switches are fine but theres no heat then it will be the inverter board thats faulty.
They are very prone for failing the Bosch/ Siemens/ Neff built microwaves. In fact on most inverter microwaves they fail a lot.
So you will need to replace the inverter and that will sort the heating out from there.

VerifiedAnytime a microwave runs but does not heat means that the magnetron ( The component that produces the energy for cooking. This high-voltage component accomplishes this by stepping up AC line voltage to high voltage, which is then changed to an even higher DC voltage. This DC power is then converted to the RF energy that cooks the food.)
Unfortunately this component has failed and will have to be replaced. This is a dangerous repair because microwaves hold high voltage even when power is not being supplied to the unit, so it is highly recommended that only a qualified technician make this repair. It certainly is worth having assessed to confirm that this is the case. Sometimes it may just be a faulty door switch which is not a complicated repair for a technician but replacing the magnetron will most likely not be a reasonable repair considering the cost will be very close to replacement cost.
