VerifiedHi - the error code F5 indicates Waste pipe blockage or pump issue.
Build up from fibres etc & items left in pockets can foul the pump or block pipes.
To resolve the issue you need to check the pump filter and pump.
1. Pull out the machine and switch off the water supply
2. Remove the panel to the bottom front of your machine
3. Tilt your machine back slightly and place a basin underneath to catch any water spillage - good idea to place a towel as well
4. Remove the filter but turning anti clockwise and pull out - there will be water - remove any debris or objects which may be restricting the pump
5. Once cleared check the waste pipe for blockages
6. Replace the filter & place the machine level on the floor
7. Run a rinse cycle to ensure the blockage has been cleared
