That's great. Sounds like the overflow may have been activated. This is commonly caused by clogged filters not letting the water pass fast enough. Follow the steps below and you'll be running again in no time.

Isolate power to dishwasher

Remove kitchen plinth from Infront of dishwasher

Remove screws securing dishwasher in place

Pull dishwasher out

Place a bath towel behind the dishwasher

Tilt dishwasher back

That will drain any water that has passed to the overflow and reset the machine so it will work again.

Yes was hoping so. Are you able to set a cycle going and film it for me so I can see and hear exactly whats going on

How long before it drains itself back off after filling?

I've emailed you a PDF with instructions on getting into service mode. If you run the service test it will do an auto test it will flag up an errors

Thanks for your reply Hannah. E07 explains why there is no water filling it means that the valve that lets the water in is faulty and needs to be replaced. It's a fairly straight forward repair but you will need to order a part. I'll source the part for you now

Here's a link to order the water valve. Before you do though it's worth checking that the hose that supplys the dishwasher has no kinks in and that it is passing water through it.

Morning, just come back online. That's odd the service manual insisted it was that part at fault, Can you hear any water filling when you turn it on?

Ok, the machine isn't detecting the water filling still, we know the valve is 100% ok so must be the water counter not telling the control board it's filling
