So the programme starts and you hear the drain pump run, then water should enter is it at this point it errors or further into the cycle?
I ask since 5 beeps is a error 5 which is a fault with filling, so would start checking if water is entering the appliance and if not check if the inlet hose is kinked or water turned off at the tap\valve.
