So if the black pulley wheel on the back isnt turning i take it you cannot turn the drum inside by hand?
Also has the washer been noisy as well when on a spin?
Ok, F01 is a control board as its a fault on the motor triacs which is part of the control board.
So for this the control board at the back at the bottom will need to be replaced.
But this isnt a cheap fix as it needs to be done by Hotpoint as they need to program it up with there laptop.
Now for them to call out and fix it you are looking at well over £140 due to the age of the washer.
So personally i dont think its worth getting someone in as for a bit more money you can get a new washer.
