DanielVVM 5120 S ??

I assume the model is WM5120S?

If so then this is just a washer. As to be honest Beko never made a washer dryer 7 years ago. Its obly the last couple of years they have made a washer dryer.

I suspect your right. Told now it's just a washer only.

Ok so what is the washer actually doing?

When it stops is it full of water?

Does it spin or does the drum turn at all?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
It seems it's lost power. Stopped mid cycle with water in cylinder. Changed fuse in 13 amp but has tripped again, so no power coming into it.

Ok if its tripping then the most common cause of this is the motor on these.

To check you need to pull the washer out and remove the back panel.

There you will see the motor. Disconnect the wiring block on there and chance the fuse again and see if it comes on without tripping blowing the fuse. If so then you know its the motor.

But to be honest on this washer it isnt even worth messing with as motors are over the £100 mark so give its 7 years old and its not an expensive washer it just isnt worth it but thats up to yourself on this.
