Hi, I'm Daniel welcome to JustAnswer, Im reviewing your question now and will post back with your reply momentarily

Is the washer noisy again?

If you hold the metal drum at the bottom were each paddle is try and lift it up and down on each one and see if one of them gives movement on there and let me know.

No not noisy and paddles don't move it's the inner drum that moves

Ok if its the inner drum thats moving and it rubbing on the heater then its one of the drum support legs thats snapped.

Now im afraid if this happens you need to replace the complete metal tank as it comes as one complete unit. Now the cost of this isnt worth it as it will be cheaper to buy a brand new washer then the parts needed to fix this.

Sorry its not good news but if you need anymore info just get back to me.
