My washing machine turns on but door locked light stays off and wash won't start
JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's a hot point Aquarius wf541 it's about 3 years old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: When I go to put a wash on the wash button lights but nothing happens

When you attempt to start a cycle., do you hear the door lock, even though the light does not come on? Is the door locking?

Actually I put it on now and it seems to be doing the cycle
