Hi my name is ***** ***** in the UK - F05 - this is one of two things -

a. The drain pump is blocked or faulty or

b. There is a fault with the pressure switch.

First thing that I would check is the drain pump which is located behind the kickstrip at the front bottom edge of the appliance. Once you have got the kickstrip off the drain pump is on the right hand side. Lean the washer backwards and get a washing up bowl under this area With towels to hand remove the filter cover and see if the filter/pump is blocked up. Come back to me when you get this far.
