Customer Question

My washer does the wash but not the final spin?
JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I have a bosh WFK 2801/GB about 15 years old and has just broke down for the first time it washes but jumps the spin cycle so the clothes are still wet , tried it manually on setting 4 pump works but no spin?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes I suspect the PCB
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: that is all it is doing the wash but up to the spin cycle
