Is no element working at all, not even the grill element?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
the grill is shorting
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

Okay, have you inspected the wiring at the back of the oven? I know it is hard to get to as it will need to be pulled out.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no i havent inspected as it is the built in type
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

That will be the next appropriate step. I suspect there is a wiring issue at the back where the elements are connected. You may need an electrical test meter to perform some testing on the elements, too. Do you have a meter to perform any testing with?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no dont have any meter to test the wiring. i guess i may have to call somebody to fix. looks like its beyond diy?
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

Well, if you can get it pulled out and access panels removed, you may see the issue. However, if it is not a visible fault, with no meter, it will be near impossible to determine what may be causing the issue. I suspect it may be a faulty element connection.
