Have you checked the fuse in the plug?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Checked the plug - no fuse, it is an ordinary plug
washing machine and dryer on the same line and the dryer works so the electricity to the washer is ok
Expert:  bonzaco replied 10 months ago.

OK you need to remove the top and check the power supply into the appliance - with the power off check if you have blown up one of the pcbs - us can usuallys see blown off tracks or pieces melted.

Can you post the full product number (pnc). It will be on a sticker on the inside of the door and will start with a 9.

I dont suppose you could post a picture of the label on the back of the washer please. Its just that the L45120 number isnt comming up.

Thanks for the pictures ive got the correct washer now.

If the power supply is fine going to the washer but theres nothing lighting up then its more then likely the control board at fault. The control board is the part that you turn on the control panel to select the cycle.

You need to remove the plastic conrol panel on the top and flip it backwards and there you can access the control board. Check it for signs of burning on there. If it looks ok then you need to check the wiring connections on the board and if thats all ok then im afraid its going to need the control board replacing on this to cure the fault.

So if the power supply is fine then im afraid its looking like the control board is the fault here.

but how to open the plastic panel
there seems to be no place yo put a screwdriver in
the metal panel too
what midt i do to open it?!
Expert:  Daniel replied 9 months ago.

Theres usually a couple of screws on the back and then it should release from there and lift out from the front. Check that and see what you find.
