Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

The most likely to be causing a program not to start would be a faulty door switch. Are you able to disassemble the doors to access the door switch for testing?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
You meant the door from ***** ***** to cover the unit? It actually fell off so I can see the dishwasher door now
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

The door needs to be closed and latched before the cycle will start. The door has fallen off?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I meant the kitchen unit covering the dishwasher to make it look prettier, not the dishwasher door :)
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

Ah, okay. The door latch switch is inside the door panels. The inner door panel will have screws around it that need to come out and then the panels will separate, allowing access to the latch switch for testing.

If I take off the screws would be be able to show me how to do the testing? Is it worth for me to try to fix it myself? I am not so good with DIY stuff, so only if it is simple.

You will need an electrical test meter. Do you have one?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No I don't unfortunately.
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

That will be the only way to test it.

You could try replacing the switch, otherwise you will need to call for service.
