Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

I suspect the issue lies with the electronic control that detects the correct cookware. Turn off the mains for at least 4 hours. Does the behavior change at all?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No. Nothing changes. We have left it off all night
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

When it first comes on, does it actually heat for that first 30 seconds?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
When it trips off.there is just a red dot and it beeps every ten seconds

If you put a pan of water on a burner, does it change?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Doesn't make a difference. If a pan is on there or not
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

So, if it heats initially, it is not a pan issue, so it has to be an issue with the main power board. Can you please double check that model number?

I am not able to get any of those numbers to come up.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It's quite old. But has not had much use. As it has been in storage for about 5 years. It's a 2 black glass hob with silver trim. I have given you all the numbers I can find.

I will continue to look. While I am looking, I will open the question back so others can see what we are looking for.

Thank you.
