My Tecnik dishwasher does not switch on. Checked socket (ok) and plug fuse (ok). No lights whatever
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your dishwasher? And have you run a diagnostic test cycle?
Customer: Tecnik 9000 104 323 (8507) do not know what a diagnostic test cycle is
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Only if that does not require electrical qualifications
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Dishwasher successfully washed load, when I went to unload all lights were off

It is likely that the main controller is faulty but you will need to test the voltage to the controller to verify that. Are you able to separate the door panels to access that area for testing?
