Customer Question

Hi there, I have a INDESIT IWC 6105 and all the panel lights are flashing.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: It started yesterday, I unplugged the appliance and waited a minute and tried again but it is still the same.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of the appliance in question?
Customer: It is a IWC 6105
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes, I have looked at the module in the back lower part of the machine. It doesn't look like any of the capacitors have blown.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No, that's all I have done.

So that is the SPIN and the LOCK.. is that correct?

Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.

That is F09 - A Setting File error has been detected by the Main PCB or the Display PCB.
Disconnect appliance from the wall for 2 minutes or more then try again.

Still the same, light 3 and six are still on permanently and all of the top light are flashing.

Then there is a fault in either the main PCB at the rear left of the appliance, or the display PCB at the top front behind the fascia panel.

Check the leads to these PCBs..

If no fault can be sorted then your options follow:

- Reprogram Main PCB;
- Renew main PCB;
- Renew display PCB

Hi George, I've checked the wiring and connections and all seems ok. What's the rough prices of the PCB's ? I'm trying to work out if it's cheaper to repair or replace.
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.

Presuming your model has the cheaper Arcadia module then the PCB is listed as £129.49 and the Display module £71.15 .. To both you would need to add postage.
