Have hotpoint aqualtis. was running this morning when we had

Hi - have hotpoint aqualtis. was running this morning when we had a power cut. Now it is full of water and won't spin. Error code F5 comes up
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Hotpoint is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: it's reasonably new (last year or so) the model number is ***** 110D 697E
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

This is indicating that the pressure switch of the appliance is jammed

Check the tube that is attached to it is not blocked, by blowing down it towards the tank... If it is not blocked then you have to replace the pressure switch or the pcb that controls it
