JA: Have you tried power cycling the appliance -- unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: Yes
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If simple
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I've checked the power is going to the machine what else should I check ore what devices are installed as safety to stop it working I don't even get a light come on on the front

If you have verified power at the outlet is good, the most likely to be faulty is the noise filter board that filters the incoming power before it gets to the control board.
