Hi, welcome to Just Answer. Sorry to hear you are having appliance trouble, I know how frustrating that can be! My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

  • The issue you are having is indicative of trouble with the main controller in the machine. Does the wash motor start after filling but then stop when the dispenser is opened or what exactly happens in the cycle?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The machine stops after the tablet drops!
A light with rinse aid comes on
The tablet remains undissolved

So it will fill up and start washing fine and then the dispenser opens and the unit shuts down, never to wash or drain? What do you have to do to get it going again?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We restart the cycle but it stops at the same place again

I suspect the main electronic controller has problems or the dispenser circuit may have a short that, when energized, it causes the controller to stop working. Are you able to disassemble the door panels to access the dispenser to remove its wires and see if the cycle will run straight through? That will tell us if the dispenser is at fault or the controller.
