Most leaks are the result of a hose or fitting coming loose. Have you accessed the bottom machine compartment for inspection?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no assumed it was the door seal. After contacting you I checked the bottom door seal and there are a few ripples in it. If the seal is faulty what would be the way to access it. I will check for a leaking hose when I pull the machine out

The lower seal is accessible when the door is opened all the way. They are usually just pressure fit into a channel at the bottom of the door.
