If the fan runs but theres no heat in the oven then its nearly always down to a faulty heater element.

What you need to do is empty the oven and from there remove the back cover. There around the fan you will see the heater. Check this for any visable blow marks and if so then it will need to be replaced.

If it looks ok then you need to remove it and test it with a multi meter and see if faulty.

Then with a new heater this should cure the fault from there. If you need anymore info just get back to me.
