Hello Christine, my name is George,

Can you check the fault you are getting.. Is it F105 as you state, or is it F05?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hello George yes it is F05, I cleaned the filter three times over the weekend and did get a bit out, but it still does not drain the water and after a long period shows the F05 error again, how do I check deeper into the drainage as it appears still blocked.. Can spin etc no problems/

  1. Remove three screws from the lower rear access panel.
  2. Pull the top edge of the panel out and disengage it from its location fixings along the bottom.
  3. Detach the sump hose from the pump using a suitable container to catch any water.
  4. Disconnect the drain hose from the pump and unplug the wiring connection block.
  5. Lift plastic the locking tab and slide the pump inwards and lift clear.
  6. Check pump is not jammed or faulty (165 ohms approximately).
  7. Carefully remove the cover from the pump to remove any debris
