There is someting stopping the drum of my Bosch WFF 2001GB/01 washing machine completing a full rotation

Customer: It happened during a wash cycle. The belt is o.k. and thev drum will parly rotate bt it is clearly making contact with something to prevent rotation at some point

You will likely be able to access it for removal by removing the large. black rubber hose that leads from the bottom of the tub to the pump. Once it is off, you can probably reach in to grab whatever may be in there. A metal hanger may be bent in a hook shape to help.
